Farm-Raised Angus Beef
At Double Creek Farms, we believe knowing where your beef comes from matters.
Our beef comes from cattle raised right here on our farm, allowing us to oversee every step of the process from birth to harvest. We take pride in producing quality beef for families who want to know how their food was raised and who raised it.
Once you've experienced farm-raised beef, it's hard to go back.

Raised with Care from Start to Finish
Our calves stay on their mothers for 6 to 8 months before they are weaned and returned to pasture. After weaning, they continue growing on grass for another 4 to 8 months before moving to a finishing lot for approximately 100 to 150 days.
This slower, intentional approach allows the cattle to develop naturally while maintaining the quality and consistency we expect from our program.
Because we raise the cattle ourselves, we know their history from day one. That gives our customers confidence in the product they are bringing home to their families.

What Makes Our Beef Different?
One of the biggest differences customers notice is the quality of the beef, especially the ground beef.
Unlike standard grocery store beef, where the source is often unknown, our beef comes from cattle we have raised and managed ourselves. Customers appreciate knowing exactly where their beef came from and how it was raised.
You'll also enjoy a variety of cuts that are often difficult to find in traditional retail settings. Every animal offers a full selection of premium cuts, allowing families to stock their freezer with quality beef for months to come.
Processing and Packaging
Our cattle are processed through IO Ranch Processing, a family-owned facility that is USDA inspected and certified for resale.
We appreciate their commitment to cleanliness, quality, and attention to detail. Every order is processed fresh, cut to order, and packaged with care.
All beef is vacuum packed, frozen, and labeled for easy storage. The packaging is clean, professional, and designed to maintain quality in your freezer.

Customize Your Order
One of the advantages of purchasing a half or whole beef is the ability to customize your order.
Customers have complete control over how their beef is cut and packaged. Whether this is your first time purchasing beef in bulk or you've done it for years, Matthew is happy to walk you through the cut sheet process, answer questions, and help you make selections that fit your family's needs.
Our goal is to make the process simple and ensure you receive beef exactly the way you want it.

How Ordering Works
When we have upcoming processing dates scheduled, we contact customers on our waiting list. Beef is typically available every other month.
To reserve a half or whole beef, we require a small deposit. Customers can select the size of animal they prefer, and we stay in contact throughout the process regarding final weights, pricing, and cut sheet instructions.
We are committed to keeping customers informed every step of the way.

Why Customers Keep Coming Back
The feedback we hear most often is simple.
"Best beef I've ever had."
Customers consistently tell us they notice the difference in flavor, quality, and especially the ground beef. Many wish they had started buying farm-raised beef years ago.
At Double Creek Farms, we do not cut corners. We focus on raising quality cattle and providing a product that families can feel good about serving at their table.
If you're interested in reserving a half or whole beef, we'd love to visit with you and answer any questions about the process.
